Preliminary Applications are due October 15, 2011 and should be submitted to your local Rotary Club

If you have completed your Preliminary Application form and are ready to submit it to the local Rotary Club in your area, refer to the list below. This list has the name and contact information for the person you should contact to make arrangements to submit your application. Local club members will screen all applicants in your area to determine which students will advance to District Interviews in November.
